Acceptance of Terms

By using this website or contacting Cycle Care Hub, you agree to these Terms and to the lawful use of the site for service inquiries and workshop communications. If you do not agree, you should not use the website.

Service Scope

Cycle Care Hub provides general bicycle servicing and repairs, including inspection, tune-up, brake service, drivetrain service, and puncture or tyre repair. Any scope of work is subject to bicycle intake and mechanical inspection, and a final quotation is provided only after the bicycle and relevant components have been reviewed.

Clause 03

Fees and Payment

Charges are based on the condition of the bicycle, the work required, and the availability and compatibility of parts where needed. Where a deposit is requested for approved work, it will be applied in accordance with the agreed service scope, and payment may be accepted by card, bank transfer, or cash on collection.

Estimates and Completion

Service timing is estimated only and may change if additional work is identified, parts are unavailable, or the bicycle requires further inspection. The workshop does not promise same-day completion unless that has been specifically confirmed for the appointment and required parts.

Workshop services are provided with reasonable care, but no service can guarantee complete safety, fault-free operation, or suitability for every riding condition. To the extent permitted by law, Cycle Care Hub is not liable for indirect loss, loss of use, or damage arising from conditions outside its reasonable control.

Primary Clause

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in Pakistan, and any dispute should first be raised with Cycle Care Hub for good-faith resolution. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be brought before the competent courts in the relevant jurisdiction.
