What Bicycle Service Includes

A typical service starts with intake and a mechanical inspection. We look at the frame, wheels, brakes, gears, tyres, and other working parts to identify what needs attention and what can wait.

After the inspection, we explain the scope and share a quote based on the bicycle's condition and the work required. This keeps the process clear and helps you decide what should be repaired first.

Inspection-led repairs with clear findings before work begins.

From routine tune-ups to drivetrain and brake service, each bicycle is checked, adjusted, and reviewed before collection.

Our workshop handles safety inspections, standard tune-ups, brake adjustment and component service, gear and drivetrain service, and puncture and tyre repair. For larger jobs, turnaround depends on parts availability and the condition of the bicycle.

Before collection, every bicycle goes through a quality check and a service summary is provided so you know what was completed and what maintenance may be useful later.
